0-1 Product Lead

As a Product Manager/Lead, I' have constantly communicated with the research, business, design, and development teams to set our growth strategy and priorities.

By managing the product lifecycle and drafting the PRD and screen specifications, we were able to launch the app in just about 3 months, ensuring a swift progression from planning to product release.

With continuous cohort interviews and analysis, backed by the Samsung C-Lab accelerator program, we were selected as Google Play Korea’s Top 3 apps of the year, and the team grew from 5 to 20 in less than 2 years.

What I mostly did for two years,

Identifying User Needs

I uncovered key insights from diverse user groups that we hadn't easily accessed before, such as users in their 60s who find mobile devices challenging, health-conscious users in their 30s, and conservative government agency users.

Defining User Problems

Understanding the users among the product-making team is crucial for effectively delivering the service's value. I organized personas based on user research to ensure that all team members could empathize with the users during the design and development process.

Prioritizing Problems and Features Together

We examined the quantitative impact of potential features in the backlog together and decided on priorities. This shared understanding of the problems to solve increased productivity and satisfaction.

Communicating with Data

After conducting tests based on hypotheses about the impact of features to be developed, I made decisions based on user data. This helped ensure that everyone worked with a clear direction.
